Recovery – Replant – Renew information evening: Mirboo North
If you are concerned about what to plant after the 13th of February super-storm or what the plans are to revegetate our severely damaged Reserves and roadside verges then this event is a must.
The Mirboo North community have brought together a broad range of speakers from Parks Vic, Preserve our Forests Mirboo North, Friends of Baths Road Reserve, South Gippsland Shire Council, and others who will discuss: Recovery – Replant – Renew topics including:
- Effects of the storm on the local ecology
- Strategies to revegetate public & private areas
- Suggested plants to reestablish food & shelter to attract birds and animals back to the area, and help recreate the natural beauty of Mirboo North
The speakers will form a Q&A Panel to answer all your questions on revegetation and how to rehabilitate our ecology.
