Wow! So many events on offer this holiday period! Well done to the SGLN team for making them happen.
Our first BPP Implementation Workshop was held last week with representatives from organisations managing biodiversity across South Gippsland. It revealed that a lot of biodiversity protection work is being done across South Gippsland. Through the BPP we are already collaborating more to see what is being done, and what new work is needed to increase protection for biodiversity.
An important first step is the development of a Biolinks Plan. We’ve made excellent progress with our funding campaign but need more to reach our target.
